Our patients are requested to pay co-payments and deductibles at the time of registration. A xerox copy of the insurance card will be made and the business office will file the claim. Correspondence concerning your bill can be addressed to:

Automated Phone Service

For your convenience, billing inquiries can be made 24 hours per day, 7 days a week at 615-886-4786. If you wish to discuss your bill with one of our account representatives, they are available from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Financial Counselor & Cashier

Southern Hills Medical Center has a Cashier and a Financial Counselor available from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. They will receive payments made in cash, check, money order or credit card. They are also available to assist in setting up payment arrangements and to screen for eligibility for financial assistance. They are located on the main floor of the hospital, adjacent to the registration area. You may reach them by calling 615-781-4142 or 615-781-4152.
