The patient Registration Department of Southern Hills Medical Center welcomes you as a patient.  The main admitting area is located in the first floor lobby of the hospital.  It is open for registration from 5:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are happy to answer any questions you might have concerning your visit by calling 615-781-4135.

If you are scheduled for a diagnostic procedure at Southern Hills East Outpatient Imaging Center, we have registrars in that location for your convenience from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 pm., Monday through Friday.  The telephone number at that location is 615-781-4666 should you have any questions.

After Hours:  All after-hours admissions take place through the Emergency Department at Southern Hills Medical Center.

Central Scheduling

The Central Scheduling staff will work with you and your physician to arrange your appointment for diagnostic procedures at a time convenient for your schedule.  The call center is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  The phone number is 615-695-7226.

Emergency Department

The Emergency Department is open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.  In addition to taking care of emergency patients, this department registers all after-hours admissions and patients who need outpatient testing.  To make inquiries, please call 615-781-4600.
